Today Hyrum turned 11.
His favorite thing we learned about in homeschool was the Spartans so MeMaw and Poppy got him probably his favorite gift. He is still small for his age and still likes being small! He loves to smell things. He has become more brave this year and bore his testimony, for the first time, in Sacrament meeting and has done so a few times since then. He was hoping he was moving up into Young Mens this year and really wants to hold the Priesthood. But my favorite is that he has started to do push ups because he wants a "six pack!"
So to celebrate this boy, we went to Incredible Pizza. We ate Pizza and played for 2 hours.
Since Dad had to work during the day, he will take Hyrum out to a movie tonight (just the 2 of them)...maybe Daddy will draw a six pack on Hyrum's stomach for a birthday present...
